Filmmaker Rohit Shetty, who experienced a rare flop with the Ranveer Singh movie Cirkus, addressed his team’s handling of recent losses on social media on Tuesday.

Shetty and his crew continued despite Cirkus’ poor box office performance, with a lifetime total of Rs 32.10 crore, as they began filming his first web series, Indian Police Force. Days later, an accident took place on the Singham director that injured him during the shoot.  His crew has “gone through a lot in the last few weeks,” he wrote on Instagram.

“From Cirkus to my accident on set, my team and I have gone through a lot in the last few weeks,” Rohit Shetty wrote beside a photo he shared. WE RISE, WE FALL, BUT WE RISE AGAIN NOT JUST TO FIGHT THE BATTLE, BUT TO WIN IT!!! Shooting the last schedule of INDIAN POLICE FORCE in HYDERABAD before we commence the pre-production of SINGHAM AGAIN.”

The lead actor of Indian Police Force, Sidharth Malhotra, encouraged Shetty in the post’s comments area by writing, “Come on.” True that, said Raveena Tandon.

Previously, Rohit Shetty had mentioned how the accident required stitches on two of his fingers. “Another car topple… but this time with stitches on 2 fingers…. Nothing to worry about, I am absolutely fine… thank you so much for your love and concern… Shooting Indian Police force for Amazon Originals in Hyderabad,” he wrote on Instagram.

After finishing Indian Police Force, Shetty is prepared to start production on the third Singham movie. It will be the fifth film in the director’s cop universe and will once again star Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham.
