Robert Downey Jr beats Chris Evans with his promise to a six-year old lad

A six-year-old boy’s heroic effort to save his sister from the dog attack went viral and the little boy was applauded for his bravery on social media. The boy got 90 stitches on his face while saving his sister. The young boy’s aunt took his heroic stand on social media and requested the Avengers that a new superhero of their ranks have emerged. The story was noticed by “The Dark Knight Rises” actress Anne Hathaway.

He was applauded by Mark Ruffalo (Hulk), Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and Tom Holland (Spider-Man) lauded the boy for his heroism. Captain America, Chris Evans not only lauded the young boy’s heroism but also said that he will be sending an authentic Captain America shield to him, which went viral.

Robert Downey Jr. is the newest Avenger to praise the boy and promised a big surprise on his birthday besides attending it. He also mentioned that “a promise beats a shield”. The Avengers actor said, “Bridger, you’re a rock star. My name’s Robert Downey Jr., I play ‘Tony,’ that makes me an old friend of Cap’s. I heard he sent a shield your way: I’m going to do one better. You call me on your next birthday, I got something special for you. ‘Late. By the way – that’s a promise; a promise beats a shield.”
