TV actor Rithivik Dhanjani took to his Instagram to write a heartfelt note for his ex-girlfriend, Asha Negi. The TV actress celebrated her birthday on 23rd August. In his post, Rithvik shared a photoshopped image of Asha, where two Ashas can be seen chilling by the pool.
He captioned the picture as, “An accurate depiction of your birthday celebration in 2020… You are the epitome of self love and grace negi! The two met on the sets of Pavitra Rishta, while playing the role of popular onscreen couple, Arjun and Purvi. It wasn’t love at first sight but they started as good friends. Slowly, the friendship turned into a relationship in the year 2013. After they announced their relationship, they went on to participate in Nach Baliye 6 and won the trophy too.
Earlier, this year the couple ended their 6 year long relationship. Asha admitted that they did not end in the relationship on a bitter note but always want better for each other. Talking to Hindustan Times, she said “We are on cordial terms and we only want the best for each other. We will always be friends, yaar.”
