Rhea has a flat worth 85 lakh, while her net worth is only 14 lakh, source of money unknown, says ED

The Enforcement Directorate has recorded Rhea Chakraborty’s statement today. She was questioned by the ED regarding the financial aspect in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. The actress had to present her finances in front of the ED along with the details. No information has been revealed about the statements. India Today reports that Rhea has only one flat under her name which is in Khar, Mumbai.

India Today quoted that “Rhea owns only one property in her name, worth Rs 85 lakh in Khar (East), Mumbai.” Apparently, this property is valued at Rs 85 lakh and housing loan on the flat is approximately Rs 60 lakh. The house is spread across 550 sq ft and located near the Khar subway.
The reports also say that there is another property in Raigarh. The property is under Rhea’s father’s name which was bought in 2012. The value of the house is around 60 lakh and is spread across 1130 sq feet. The reports say it is situated in Ulwe, Raigarh.

Furthermore, the report said that the Income-Tax Return (ITR) records show Rhea’s net worth rose from 10 lakh to 12 lakh and then to 14 lakh in the recent past. In spite of her net worth only been 14 lakh, it is still unknown who paid for the flat owned by her. Apparently, ED has asked Rhea to show the property papers during the interrogation.
