Rhea Chakraborty on Tuesday shared a post on Instagram, speaking her mind. The Actress- model gave advice to her followers and fans to live in the moment and find happiness and life around them. The actress also conveyed through her post that she believes that mindless social media scrolling is not good for a person’s mental health since one starts finding the real life around them boring and less exciting.

“Mindless scrolling on social media causes disengagement in real life, disengagement in real life makes it seem dull and boring. Live your life, your life is not here. It’s all around you. Love — RC,” said Rhea’s post to fans.

Rhea recently shared a picture on social media platform with her close friend, Shibani Dandekar, on the occasion of her birthday, “The woman on the right is everything the woman on the left ever wants to be ❤️ Loving , kind , brave and righteous! On your birthday, I want to tell you that – One friend like Shibani Dandekar is all anyone should ever wish for. Happy birthday to the worlds most special girl ❤️ I love you so so much ❤️.”

Shibani stood by Rhea during the time she was alleged for Sushant Singh Rajput’s murder. She supported Rhea during the harrowing process of police trials and the as a result the public hatred for the involvement of her name.

The effects of the trial and all alegations smeared on her name are still in effect and can be seen having impact on her career, In her recently released movie Chehre, Rhea playing role of house help, was only for few moments in the trailer. This was done to avoid the hatred that people still give her for her involvement in the case.

Not only her but her family also went through the harrowing process with her, her brother and father were also summoned to police station a few times for usual inquiry, the actress recently celebrating her brother showmik’s birthday, shared a happy photo with her brother, “Happy birthday to my everything.
