On Tuesday, Sushant Singh Rajput‘s father KK Singh filed an FIR against the actress Rhea Chakraborty and five others. The case took an ugly turn when the family lawyer stepped in to talk about Rhea’s arrest. Rhea, on the other hand, has applied for interim bail.

In an interview with Republic Tv, Sushant’s family lawyer made allegations against Rhea including the ones that the late actor’s father made. He said, “The complete control of the mind can only be taken if the family is cut off. She (Rhea Chakraborty) refused to allow Sushant to talk to his father. On many occasions, he tried reaching his son through the bodyguards but was turned away. If he wasn’t cut off from his family, he wouldn’t have passed away this way. This crime has been completed over a period of time and has had extensive planning.”

The lawyer even mentioned how the actress tried to cut away Sushant from his family. He also said that if Sushant did not stop talking to his family, this wouldn’t have happened. The lawyer was questioned about the punishment to which he replied, “To my knowledge, the Patna police has made no attempt to arrest her yet. I hope they do it today.” He then continued to share how he feels that Rhea Chakraborty must be arrested and said, “I don’t think others need to be arrested, only Rhea at this point. 306 has 10-year punishment. FIR is detailed. If custodial interrogation has to happen, she has to be arrested.”

The lawyer even revealed how the mental state of the actor was compromised just to keep him under control. He even mentioned about overdosing on medicines. He pointed towards how Rhea was not happy with Sushant’s idea of organic farming. He even feels that Mumbai Police is derailing the investigation.

New pages are now opening in Sushant’s suicide case. He committed suicide on June 14 and since then Mumbai Police is working to find the reason behind such an extreme step. Now Bihar Police is getting involved too.
