Rashmika Mandanna recently sustained an unfortunate injury at the gym that forced her to take temporary break from her shooting schedules for her upcoming films. Now, the Pushpa 2: The Rule actress has shared an update over her leg injury, revealing that she is in ‘hop mode’ for the time being.

Rashmika took to her Instagram handle to share pictures of her injured leg, and apologized to the directors of her upcoming films – Sikandar, Thama, and Kubera for the delay. Along with the series of pictures, showcasing her feet wrapped in band-aid, she wrote, “Well… happy New Year to me I guess! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Injured myself in my sacred gym shrine 🥲🤣 Now I’m in “hop mode” for the next few weeks or months or god only knows, so seems like I’ll be hopping my way back to sets for Thama, Sikandar, and Kubera!”

On the work front, the actress will be seen sharing screen space with Salman Khan in Sikandar, which is scheduled to hit the theatres on Eid this year. The movie is being backed by Sajid Nadiadwala and helmed by AR Murugadoss.

Rashmika will be seen opposite Ayushmann Khurrana for Thama, which has been eyeing Diwali 2025 release.
