This web series is a real-life biography of Ranjit Don aka Doctor Don. Nakul Roshan Sahdev, who played a role of Salman in ‘Gully Boy’, will be seen as Rajit Don in the web series. We are sure that Nakul will win hearts again in his digital debut. He will be seen along with his co-star Shweta Basu Prasad, who will be seen playing the character of a lawyer named Rekha on the web series.
In a conversation with Spotboye, Nakul expressed his feelings towards his first digital debut and opened about Ranjit Don. He said, “I am really excited to mark my digital debut with Dr. Donn. It’s a lead role that’s extremely different from any character that I have played in the past. He is a mastermind who’s changed his life from rags to riches and is always a step ahead of his rivals. Having received immense love and appreciation from the audience for my role in Gully Boy, I hope to get the same for Ranveer and Dr. Donn.”

Dr. Donn revolves around the story of Ranjit, a man who grabbed headlines by leaking the entrance exam papers of IIT, MBBS, IAS and IPS somewhere in 1995-2003. Nakul will be seen playing the role of Ranveer, a don who was always good in his studies but his wish to earn good amount of money and that unknowingly, he enters into crime world.
