The Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has sold his two extravagant apartments in Goregoan’s core area for worth Rs 15.25 crore. Situated in Mumbai’s heart, the flats were purchased by the actor in December 2014. The price of the flats at that time was Rs 4.64 crore each, based in Oberoi Exquisite. The lavish societal complex has gained huge monetary momentum in recent times due to its area.
The official deal between the parties was done on the 6th of November. Essential documentation regarding the deal was done through IndexTap.com, an online real estate agency, as reported by Bollywood Hungama. Both the flats acquired by Singh had been 1,324 sq ft and had an accommodation of 6 parking spots. The stamp duty of a single apartment was noted to be Rs 45.75 lakh.
It has also been known that the buyer of these two flats is an individual from the same housing building. He has made this tenable deal with Oberoi Exquisite’s project.
Ranveer Singh is highly known for having various property holdings throughout the city. Along with the Goregoan property, in 2022 it was reported that the actor had in acquisition the Bandra West most-prime property. The transaction of the deal was valued at a high cost of Rs 119 crore.
On the work front, the actor was last seen in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. He was cast alongside Alia Bhatt, while the film was directed by Karan Johar. The film was highly appreciated by fans worldwide for the actors’ splendid performance. Next up, Ranveer will be appearing in Singham 3, along with Ajay Devgn. The movie is directed by Rohit Shetty.
