Ranveer Singh recently broke down in tears at an awards ceremony when praising his sister and dad for helping him succeed. He addressed them as “God,” saying that all he does in life is for them. He said, “Mere ghar me Laxmi hai (there is Goddess Laxmi in my home)” while crying before bringing his wife Deepika Padukone on stage and kissing her on the face.
Ranveer posted a video from the occasion to Instagram on Saturday with the caption, “POV (point of view): you’re living a dream.”

He adds, “Sabse bada dhanyawad to main aapka karna chahunga (I want to thank) the audience, for being a part of my journey and allowing me to live out my dream.
