Actress Priyanka Chopra entered her Indian restaurant, Sona for the first time. She shared pictures of her new restaurant in New York. The actress was seen relishing some Indian delicacies in the restaurant.
She shared her happy pictures and wrote, “I cannot believe I’m finally at @sonanewyork and seeing our labour of love after 3 years of planning. My heart is so full to go into the kitchen and meet the team that makes @sonanewyork such a wholesome experience.”
Further, she explained her restaurant and wrote, “From my namesake private dining room, Mimi’s, to the gorgeous interiors, the stunning art by Indian artists (for sale) and the yummy food and drinks, the Sona experience is so unique and a part of my heart in the heart of New York City.
In one of those pictures, Priyanka was seen having Pani Puri shots with her girl gang. She also posed beside a wall of her private dining room. Her nickname, “Mimi’s” was written on the wall.
The actress shared some of the first pictures of the restaurant, on its opening. She wrote, “TODAY IS OPENING DAY @sonanewyork! What started as a simple craving for great Indian food has become this labour of love, and I can’t wait to welcome you all in, and for you to experience timeless India in the heart of NYC!” She also thanked the entire team of the restaurant and her husband, Nick Jonas.
Priyanka was last seen in Netflix’s ‘The White Tiger’ with Rajkumar Rao and Adarsh Gourav. She will be next seen in The Matrix 4, directed by Lana Wachowski.
