Priyanka Chopra Jonas had been teasing her fans by posting blank posts on Instagram, which were captioned as “Something’s coming”, which made it clear that she had something really exciting in store for us! Now it seems Priyanka is all set to kick off the launch of her memoir, named “Unfinished “, as she shares a video collage which gives us a quick peek in her journey from a small town girl to the Miss World. She shared the video with the caption, “#unfinished.” As expected, her fans jumped to the comments section to shower her with love and support.
For the unversed, the actress has been working on her book, Unfinished, during the lockdown as she is quarantined in the US with her husband Nick Jonas. PeeCee, now seems to be ready to share her story with the world. Unfinished is said to be a collection of personal essays, stories and observations of the actor, which is to be published by Penguin Random House India. Talking about the book in August, Priyanka had said in a tweet that the book comes from an extremely personal, introspective space. Priyanka’s new video post comes a few months after she disclosed that she’s done writing the book and it is off for printing.
“I wanted to do more, live more, and achieve more, before putting pen to paper and exposing things I’ve always kept private to the world. But looking back on my life as a public person, I’m super proud of what I’ve done and where my life is right now. I’ve realised you don’t have to be finished to tell your story, and that sometimes life’s greatest lessons are taught along the ride…when you’re still figuring things out…when you’re #unfinished,” she said on Instagram.
Priyanka started her career in the entertainment industry at the age of 17 when she became Miss India and went on to win Miss World the following year. She is one of the top celebrities of Bollywood who has also carved a niche for herself in Hollywood. She also runs a production house in coordination with her mother, Madhu Chopra. Priyanka is married to American singer Nick Jonas and resides in Los Angeles.
