Prince Kate Middleton’s uncle Gary Goldsmith did not hold back when asked about Meghan Markle, as he went on to share his belief that her marriage with Prince Harry won’t last.
“Let’s face it, Laughing Girl isn’t going to be around for ever, is she? I think she’s fickle. And I think she’s so bad for Harry and for our country,” said Gary to London’s The Times.
It has been confirmed by the outlet is ‘Laughing Girl’ is how the Celebrity Big Brother alum has been referring to Meghan, and also noted that the interview took place a week before Kate announced her cancer diagnosis.
While speaking about his niece, Gary said that he did not appreciate the former actress accusing the royal family of being racist.
It has been speculated that the alleged racist remarks came from King Charles III and Kate, Meghan had never actually named any royal family member, while noting that the skin color of her son Archie was discussed ahead of his birth in May 2019.
