Actress Poonam Pandey filed a complaint against her husband, Sam Bombay, in Goa for allegedly molesting and assaulting her. The couple got married on September 11 and has been in Goa for shooting of Poonam’s next film whereas Sam just tagged along with her on the trip.
Sam was arrested by Canacona Police yesterday and has been set free today on bail, as per the reports, after submitting surety of not doing this again. Poonam’s husband was given bail by Judicial Magistrate, Shanoor Audi, on a surety sum of Rs 20,000. Starting from today, he has been asked by the police to visit and report at the police station for the next four days.
On the other hand, the actress stays unavailable for a comment over the matter. When approached, she said, “I am not in the right state of mind. I will soon answer all the queries and questions related to the matter.” Post her wedding, Poonam said that she will need some time in order to list out things which made him fall for her husband, Sam Bombay. In a talk with Bombay Times, Poonam said, “”I’ll need three months to list everything that made me fall in love with him. Of course, I’m gonna brag about my husband being the smartest on the planet according to me. Jokes apart, we are very similar in many ways. He is my best friend and the amazing part is that we’re so thick that we can read each other’s mind.”
