People are excited to see Poonam Pandey in the reality tv show Lock Upp and the actress is all set to give the show her all. As her promo of the show accused the actress of being ‘Hot’ and ‘Bothered.’ Poonam has shared that people only judge her due to her controversies not for the work she has done, and never bothered to know anything about her personal life.
The actress has been involved in a lot of headlines as only last year the actress accused her husband Sam Bombay of domestic violence and asked for a divorce but the couple was later seen making the thing work between them, this got the audience to question the whole facade.
She was also named in the Raj Kundra Pornography racket case and accused him and his associates of fraud, theft, and leaking her personal information.
The actress confessed that she has made a lot of wrong decisions for getting instant success. She spoke out about this issue and said “I accept that I’ve done controversies as I wasn’t getting the job, I wanted to come out and work. I was also young and naive so whoever told me to do this or do that will benefit my career, I just blindly followed. But later I realized that those decisions were wrong and if you want to succeed in life, just work hard and you will get more work. I’ve realized that these 15 minutes of fame are not at all important in life. Henceforth, I just want to work aur agar Kisi ko Kuch dikhane hai karke to apne kaam ke zariye Karo.”
She debuted with ‘Nasha’ in 2013 in which she played the role of a teacher who gets involved with one of her students and claimed that the phase after that movie was very difficult for her. Poonam said “Whatever offers I was getting after that film, people around me started guiding me in a wrong direction and saying that I shouldn’t take this project. I would tell them that I want to act, work and do movies. I would tell them I am a good dancer, actor, I want to showcase that but I was misguided into taking wrong decisions.”
