Pooja also shared a post on may on her Instagram account in which she shared some of her unseen pictures when hubby Nawab proposed marriage to her. Needless to say, it is an extremely special day for them.
Pooja shared three throwback photos with Nawab on the platform. In the first picture, the actress is flashing a million-dollar smile, as he kneels down to propose to her. The second photo shows Pooja kissing a family member, who seems to be Nawab’s mother. The third picture captures Nawab holding Pooja’s hand after she said yes.

Pooja was earlier married to Sonu S Ahluwalia, an orthopaedic surgeon in Los Angeles, but had filed for a divorce in 2011. Pooja and Nawab exchanged marital vows in a traditional Arya Samaj wedding ceremony in New Delhi on July 4, 2019.
