Late Fast & Furious actor Paul Walker’s young daughter, Meadow Walker shared a picture with the children of Vin Diesel, who was also her dad’s co-star. For her caption on the post, she used an oft-repeated refrain from the film: “Family forever.”
The selfie posted by Meadow includes Vin Diesel’s three kids, Pauline (who was named after Walker), Similce and son Vincent. The post was shared on Tuesday and has received almost 200000 likes. Paul Walker fans showered the post with heartfelt comments as well.
Meadow and her ‘uncle Vin’ share a close bond. The duo, now and then, keep on posting posts together. Vin Diesel took the opportunity to share Meadow and Pauline’s picture on Meadow’s birthday with the caption, “I could say that I am so proud of the person you are becoming… but the truth is I have always been proud of you. Happy Birthday Meadow! I know it’s your 21st and you wanted to go big in Japan, but the family has a cake waiting for you when you get home, so hurry. Love you kid. Uncle Vin.”
Fast & Furious actor actor, Walker died in a November 2013 in a car crash at the age of 40. The same year, on Walker’s birthday, Diesel had written in an Instagram post, “Normally today I would be planning how to embarrass you with a birthday cake haha. Instead I reflect on how lucky I am to call you my brother. The tears never go away, but they change … from that of mourning to that of grace. We only hope to make you proud.”
