
Actor Austin North has reportedly been arrested in Las Vegas for allegedly assaulting ER staff.
Post the arrest, the actor took to his Instagram Story to release a statement, “I am deeply upset by the events that took place in Las Vegas this past week.” He added that he was rushed to the hospital by friend because they suspected a heart attack. He also underwent several tests, including blood test, but the results came back negative concluding the absence of any drugs or alcohol in his system. “I was having a severe anxiety attack.”
Further ahead, Austin, claiming that he has every little memory of what unfolded that day, he said, “I have utmost respect for healthcare workers and hospital staff. I have battled anxiety on and off for years and this was the most extreme panic attack I’ve ever had.”
Earlier, the reports suggested that the Outer Banks actor has been arrested after he allegedly assaulted several emergency room staff members.
He was taken into custody on Tuesday, February 13, and booked for gross misdemeanor battery, according to TMZ report, citing the police documents obtained by the media outlet.
