Amidst the reports of Kartik Aaryan’s dating Sreeleela, Nora Fatehi seems to have taken a dig at his dating history at the IIFA Awards. It all started when Karan Johar, who was hosting the event with Kartik, asked Nora is she would travel to London on a “first-class ticket?”
Responding to it, Nora said, “Am I going with you?” However, the filmmaker clarified that he was talking about Kartik instead. KJo then went on to ask Nora if she was single, adding, “You told me this last night.” Reacting to this, Nora teased Kartik saying, “Koi hai iss industry mein jisko apne date nahi kia (Is there anyone in the industry you haven’t dated?)”
However, as everyone’s laughed at Nora’s comment, Kartik said, “She is just asking a question.”
Interestingly, at the IIFA Awards 2025, which was also attended by Kartik’s mother, Mala Tiwari, seemingly confirmed that the actor is dating Sreeleela. A video from the event has been making rounds on the internet, wherein she spill the beans over the expectation of future daughter-in-law. She noted that the family wants to have a “good doctor wife” for Kartik. This has indeed left everyone wondering if she is talking about Sreeleela, who is studying to become a doctor.
Meanwhile, Sreeleela and Kartik will be soon sharing screen space for Aashiqui 3, directed Anurag Basu.
