Netizens hail #KanganaRanaut for calling out to Nepotism, ‘we need more Kanganas’ bash Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt For fake sympathy!

The sudden demise of the ‘Chhichore’ actor has left the Indian film industry and the country in shock with Bollywood personalities Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Anushka Sharma and others mourning the loss of the self- made talented actor at the age of 34. Sushant, who made his storybook transition from Patna boy to television and then towards the starry lights of the Hindi film industry, was facing depression from last 6 months.

While the entire nation was incredulous on the sudden demise of SSR, celebrities are calling out chunk of industry people for their double standards and hypocrisy.

Yesterday, Nikhil Dwivedi and Kanaga Ranaut raised their voice against the people who favor Nepotism and hypocrisy. Nikhil Dwivedi tweeted that if Bollywood really cared about people then they should be in touch with actors who are running out of work. On the other side, Kangana Ranaut slammed director and producer Karan Johar for showing his fake sympathy towards Sushant Singh.

Yesterday, Karan Johar tweeted, “I blame myself for not being in touch with you for the past year….. I have felt at times like you may have needed people to share your life with…but somehow I never followed up on that feeling…will never make that mistake again…we live in very energetic and noisy but still very isolated times …some of us succumb to these silences and go within…we need to not just make relationships but also constantly nurture them….Sushants unfortunate demise has been a huge wake up call to me …to my level of compassion and to my ability to foster and protect my equations…..I hope this resonates with all of you as well….will miss your infectious smile and your bear hug.”

However, this tweet did not go well with netizens and it turned out to be fuel in the fire. Netizens lost their cool and started slamming brutally Karan Johar for his nepotism and hypocrisy. Alia Bhatt was soon dragged into this controversy for mocking SSR in ‘Koffee with Karan’ show.

A user wrote, “It’s she who mocked him throughout the disgusting show of CWK & showing here fake sympathy. Respect & praise the talent nt nepotism.”

Another user trolled, “Let’s cut the bullshit, now that he’s no more he finally fits in to every friend group in bollywood. Suddenly EVERYONE cared for him. Only if he wasnt treated like an outsider his whole career…”

On the other side, while replying to Karan’s tweet, a user commented, “Karan, maybe from your next season of Koffee with Karan kindly refrain from asking other actors/actresses from rating others in the order of sex appeal/acting skills. I have noticed several times that Sushant was always put at the end by most of them even though he deserved to be at the top. Imagine what he must have felt to see this on national television. I’m not blaming you for his depression. Just that no one else should feel this way ever again.

Netizens hailed Kangana for bursting out at Karan Johar for nepotism. A social activist even tweeted SSR’s quote from one of the previous interviews, where he had revealed that he’s never invited to parties. “We need more #Kangana. In recent interview Sushant said “nobody invites me to their parties.” He told that Bollywood is not accepting him as family & he always feel leftover, Sad but truth! Bollywood stop hypocrisy & Ghadiyali tears! #sushantsinghrajpoot”
