Munawar Faruqui made his first public appearance on Saturday, since marrying Mehzabeen Coatwala. In a video, which has been making rounds on the internet, the comedian can be seen blushing as the paparazzi congratulate him on his second wedding.
Munawar thanked for their wishes. This also marked the first time that he has confirmed his marriage to Mehzabeen. The couple reportedly got married in a private ceremony on May 26, 2024, which was attended by family.
Last week, photos of the couple surfaced on the internet, wherein Munawar kept his look simple in brown pants and white shirt, while Mehzabeen had donned purple sharara suit.

As per a report by a media outlet, the couple were introduced to one another by Hina Khan. She had sent Mehzabeen to Munawar for makeup at an event two months ago. The actress also attended their marriage.
The comedian was previously married to Jasmine, with whom he has a six-year-old son named Mikael. The former couple got separated in 2020 and their divorce was finalised last year.
Munawar has earlier mentioned that his son now stays with him, as Jasmine got remarried. Meanwhile, Mehzabeen is a mother to her 10-year-old girl, whom she had from her previous marriage.
