Munawar Faruqui, who is currently in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, took to his social media handle to share a glimpse of his pilgrimage trip. The comedian took a break from his busy schedule and landed in Mecca to perform Umrah during the holy month of Ramzan. On this spiritual journey, he has been joined by his wife, Mehzabeen Coatwala, marking his first ever Umrah.
On his Instagram handle, Munawar shared several glimpse from the holy city, and expressed his gratitude and emotions. One of the pictures from his post featured himself posing in Ihram with the breathtaking backdrop of Kaaba.
He captioned the post, “Duniya ki sabse khubsurat jagah Makkah. Allah sabko yahan bulaye, aur dua aap sabke liye ki hai maine. Muje bhi apni dua me yaad rakhna.”
His heartfelt post went viral in no time and fans flooded the comment section with prayers and best wishes. Many of his fans congratulated him on this spiritual milestone.
Meanwhile, Munawar recently opened up about his intimate wedding with celebrity hairdresser Mehzabeen, during his appearance on Anas Saiyed and Sana Khan’s Ramzan vlogs. He expressed his happiness and shared how the marriage brought stability and added a sense of completeness to his life.
