Bollywood veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty has decided to not to celebrate his birthday this year on June 16, Monday due to the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput and COVID-19 pandemic. Mithun’s son Namashi said that due to the unfortunate death of our dear colleague Sushant, this year me and my father have decided to have no celebration on his dad’s birthday.

Namashi, who will be making his Bollywood debut in Rajkumar Santoshi’s film ‘Bad Boy’, appealed to people to regularly talk and discuss with their family members and friends.

On the other hand, Bollywood veteran, Dharmendra expressed grief over Sushant’s sudden death. He extended condolences to the family of the late actor. The actor called “show business” very cruel, and he penned an emotional note for the deceased actor.

“Pyaare Sushant, naa film dekhi na kabhi mila tum se ….par tere achaanak chale jaane se bada sadma laga !!! This beautiful beloved ” show business ” is very cruel. I can imagine your unbearable pain. I share the pain of your loving family and friends,” Dharmendra tweeted.

Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his Bandra residence on Carter Road on June 14, Sunday. He was cremated at the Pawan Hans crematorium on Monday in the presence of family members and close friends.

Shraddha Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Varun Sharma, filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, Vivek Oberoi, Randeep Hooda, Prateik Babbar, singer Udit Narayan and some others attended the funeral at Pawan Hans crematorium.
