As Mirzapur 2 started streaming online last night, 22nd October, ’20, fans are excited to see who will take over the throne. As soon as Amazon Prime Video dropped the trailer, we got a glimpse of what the season is about. Ali Fazal aka Guddu Bhaiya is all set to take over the throne after seeing his close ones die. On the other side, Pankaj Tripathi aka Kaleen Bhaiya is all ready with Divyendu Sharma aka Munna Bhaiya to take control of Mirzapur.
In a recent exclusive chat with DigiHunt, Harshita Gaur who plays the role of Dimpy Pandit, talked about the male characters of the show. She even addressed how she loved playing the role and she is thankful for it. When asked about what she thinks of her co-stars, she called Ali Fazal a ‘cool dude’ as well as ‘a kid in a big body’.
On the other hand, when we asked her about what she thinks of some characters getting very less screen time as compared to others, she said ‘That yes it happens because even if someone is on your screen for a very small time, the scene becomes impactful. The writing of such shows actually pushes others first but makes every character equally important as others.’
Harshita Gaur plays the role of Ali Fazal’s sister in the show. Even before the release, the show has created a lot of buzz as it released on the OTT Platform after one year and 10 months after the first season was premiered in 2018.
