Actor Milind Soman has been booked for spreading Obscenity over social media as the actor shares a photo of himself running naked on a Goa beach. The actor shared this photo to celebrate his 55th birthday. His picture was really appreciated in the beginning but now, the actor has been booked under various sections of IPC.
As per a tweet of ANI, Milind has been book under IPC Sec 294 (Obscene acts and songs) & Sec 67 (Punishment for publishing/ transmitting obscene material in electronic form) of IT Act. The tweet read, “Case registered against model-actor-fitness promoter Milind Soman, under IPC Sec 294 (Obscene acts and songs) & Sec 67 (Punishment for publishing/ transmitting obscene material in electronic form) of IT Act for his social media post where he was seen sprinting naked at a Goa beach.

This step has been taken after actress Poonam Pandey was booked for conducting a controversial photoshoot in a restricted area of a Dam site in Goa. She was also booked for obscenity as Women’s wing of Goa Forward Party complained about the actress shooting nude videos. According to the reports, she was alleged to be shooting porn videos at Chapoli Dam of Goa. However, she and her husband, Sam Bombay has been granted bail by the Judicial Magistrate.
