Malaika Arora says ‘biggest challenge of testing positive for COVID-19, Was not being able to meet my son’

Malaika Arora talks about the most challenging parts of home quarantining and how she utilised her isolation period by reading.

Earlier Arjun Kapoor tested positive for COVID-19 and just a day later his girlfriend Malaika Arora took to her social media handle to inform her fans that she had tested positive of the novel Coronavirus too. On Instagram, Malaika Arora wrote, “Today I have tested positive for coronavirus, but I want to inform you all that I am feeling fine. I am asymptomatic and following all the required protocols and will be quarantined at home as instructed by my doctor and authorities. I request all of you to stay calm and safe. Thank you for all your support. Much love, Malaika Arora.”

According to Pinkvilla, in an interview Malaika Arora opened up about home quarantining, and how she turned towards reading while isolating. Talking about the same, the actress said that she rediscovered the joy of reading as she read classics like ‘Gone with the Wind’ and others. As per the moment, Malaika has completed her 14-day quarantine period and talking on the same note, she expressed that the biggest challenge for her while isolating was not being able to meet her son Arhaan, “The biggest challenge was not being able to meet my son. We spoke to each other from our balconies,” she shared. Few days back, she had shared an adorable picture of pooch Casper and son while she captured them as she was interacting with them from a good distance.
