Madhuri Dixit Nene, a Bollywood actress, misses her mother, who died earlier this year, and took to social media to share an emotional message on her mother’s birth day.
Madhuri also took to Instagram to share a montage of vintage photos of herself with her mother.
She captioned the post, “Heaven gained an angel with you, Aai. Happy birthday to the most perfect mother ever to grace both Earth and Heaven. I love you so much.” Fans of the actor commented as soon as the post was published.
One of the users wrote, “Mother is the biggest fighter in the world.” A fan wrote, “A beautiful mother-daughter duo.” Another commented, “That moment when you cannot figure out what to comment because words feel insufficient.”
Madhuri’s mother died on March 12, this year, at the age of 90, at their Mumbai home.
Meanwhile, Madhuri was most recently seen in ‘Maja Ma’. The film, directed by Anand Tiwari and written by Sumit Batheja, is a family amusement set against the festive setting of a traditional festival and a typical, colourful Indian wedding. The film debuted exclusively on Amazon Prime Video, an OTT platform.
The film also stars Gajraj Rao, Ritwik Bhowmik, Barkha Singh, Srishti Shrivastava, Rajit Kapur, Sheeba Chaddha, Simone Singh, Malhar Thakar, and Ninad Kamat in addition to Madhuri.
