Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise has left the whole nation in the state of shock and his untimely death also left a huge void in our hearts. The actor who shined out through movies like Kai Po Che and Kedarnath took to heavenly abode on 14th June,’20.
Among various successful projects and films, M.S Dhoni : The Untold Story was one such film in which Sushant’s imitation of the ace cricketer took fans by surprise. His stellar performance is still appreciated and he had put a lot of efforts to bring out the real M.S Dhoni on the screen. For around one year, the actor spent quality time with Dhoni and grew closer to him and hence, created a beautiful bond with the cricketer.
After the news of his death broke on the Internet, Dhoni was shocked and devastated just like we all were! Some reports suggested that he stopped talking with his family members and went into an isolation zone after Sushant’s news.
Now breaking the silence over the state of the cricket, his manager and friend Arun Pandey shared to APB, “We can’t even believe what has happened. I am not in a position to express my grief. Mahi is also very morose. Such a tragic incident. Sushant was only 34 and a prosperous career was waiting for him, I have no doubt about that. There are ups and downs in everyone’s life.”
The director of the film M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, Neeraj Pandey also spoke to Dhoni and his two best friends and told a media portal, “Apart from calling Mahi Bhai, I have also called two of his best friends Mihir Diwakar and Arun Pandey. They all seemed very upset with such a piece of terrible news. Mahi Bhai was in a shock to hear the news and got shattered.”
Sushant has put hard work to perfectly mimic the cricketer’s actions which was widely appreciated and he never wanted to disappoint the fans of Dhoni, who loved and adored him.
