South Indian-based actor Puneet Rajkumar passed away at the early age of 46 on 29th October due to a cardiac arrest. His films and acting have resonated with a wide-based audience especially in his hometown, Karnataka.
Son of famous actor Rajkumar and Parvathamma, Puneeths death comes as a shock to the nation. Various actors mourn the artist’s death, sharing the grievance of how the industry lost a valuable gem in history.
Karnataka Cheif Minister tweeted ” the death of one of Karnataka’s renowned artists has caused me deep sadness” and pens down the loss of Kannadigas much loved. Amitabh Bachan, writes on his blog, saying ” Puneeth Rajkumar, the son of the legendary actor of Kananda cinema, Raj Kumar, the star of his own light, passes away leaving me utterly shocked and dismal of the news”.

His funeral is going to be receiving state recognition, signed by the state government. Celebs from around the nation are going to be attending the last rites of Puneet Rajkumar in the land belonging to Dr.Rajkumar foundation.
