Lata Mangeshkar’s 2nd death anniversary: ‘Sangeetmay Baithak’ to be organized in memory of India’s nightingale   

On the 6th of February, a special ceremony will be organized in the memory of late singer Lata Mangeshkar. The program is called ‘Sangeetmay Baithak’ and will be held to pay tribute to India’s nightingale. During this event, many known personalities from the music industry will gather to remember the late singer.

The CEO of the Indian Singers and Musicians Rights Association (ISAMRA), Sanjay Tandon has specially contributed to the event. The event is being bestowed with the heartfelt blessings of the late singer’s sisters- Asha Bhosle and Usha Mangeshkar.

Many famous singers will contribute to the event, which includes names such as Alka Yagnik, Udit Narayan, Shabbir Kumar, Nitin Mukesh, Sudesh Bhosle, Shabbir Kumar, Lalit Pandit, Jaspinder Narula, Richard Sharma, Sadhna Sargam, Annu Malik, Harshdeep Kaur, Sanjivani Bhelande, Bela Sulakhe and many others will grace the event.

Other known faces such as Javed Akhtar, Himesh Reshammiya, and Vishal Bhardwaj, and composers such as Anandji Bhai and Pyarelalji will also be attending the event.

In a report by India TV, Sanjay Tandon, CEO of ISAMRA released a statement saying, “Like any normal family, ISAMRA is also a big family like all the singers and musicians. In such a situation, it is very important that this family meets from time to time and knows about each other’s condition. Know the trick.”

“I am very happy that the issue of royalty which was raised by Lata Mangeshkar in the 60s, has now been resolved under ISAMRA. In such a situation, we will once again gather like a family and pay tribute to the late Remembering the contribution of Lata Mangeshkar, we will pay our respects to her.”
