Lately, Sonakshi Sinha has been making it to the headlines for quite some controversial reasons. The actress was criticized by Mukesh Khanna was not being able to answer a question related to Ramayana, during her appearance on Kaun Banega Crorepati few years back. The veteran actor took a dig at her and blamed her father Shatrughan Sinha’s upbringing. Sonakshi slammed the Shaktimaan actor in her response to the jibe.
Now, renowned poet Kumar Vishwar has taken a hidden dig at the actress for not knowing Ramayana. During a poetry event in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, he said, “Teach your children the Ramayana. Otherwise, it might happen that while your house is named ‘Ramayana,’ someone else may take away the ‘Lakshmi’ of your household.”
Well, this comment is allegedly made in reference to Sonakshi’s marriage to Zaheer Iqbal, for which they faced a lot of criticism. Moreover, Shatrughanji’s house is also named Ramayana.
There were reports that Sonakshi’s parents were not happy with the marriage, however, it was dismissed through wedding photos. However, the actress is still being criticized for her inter-faith marriage.
