Koffee With Karan started with an enthusiastic buzz and fans have been religiously watching the show for over weeks. Seems like they will have to bid farewell to this season, as its last episode will be released on Thursday. The teaser video for the same has been unveiled by Karan Johar and it is hilarious.
The upcoming episode will feature comic stars and content creators Kusha Kapila, Sumukhi Suresh, Tanmay Bhat and Danish Sait. Other than that, Orry will also be making his special appearance on the show. The teaser video showcases the content creators roasting Karan for the ‘wholesome season’ that it has been.
In the promotional video, Karan Johar is also seen having a chat with Orry. Wherein Orry spills the beans by saying that he is in a relationship with five people at a time and calls himself a ‘cheater.’ Karan then replies to him by saying that first you were a liver and now you are a cheater.
Taking to his Instagram account, Karan captioned the video by writing, “This season was wholesome with a whole lot of fire too. Wrapping it up with our special jury who are NOT holding back to give their brew on the kouch!”
Roasting the show for its safe content, Sumukhi states that when I decided to come on the show, that’s when this season had to be wholesome and family-friendly. While comedian Tanmay Bhatt remarked that this season had so many filters that it should be called, “Filter Koffee With Karan.”
Danish then teases the host by saying that it hurt that you couldn’t launch the star kids as Zoya Akhtar did it with The Archies. The film is directed by Zoya Akhtar, and stars Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, Sridevi’s daughter Khushi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda.
Replying to this statement, Karan says that he should better walk out as they all can take over the show. Famous content creator Kusha initiated the clip by asking Karan if he was missing his therapy sessions to shoot KWK.
Reacting to the promo video, fans flooded the comment section with exciting comments. While one wrote, “Turns out this is the only episode I am eagerly looking forward to this season.” Another commented, “Will watch it for Orry.” A netizen wrote, “Filter coffee is the one.”
