On May 6th, a new episode of the show Keeping Up with the Kardashians aired on Hulu, in which it was revealed that Khloe and Tristan secretly reconciled before his paternity scandal with a woman named Maralee Nichols. Khloe talked about Tristan in the episode which also showed her elder sister Kourtney’s engagement with Travis Barker.
Khloe was seen talking to Kim about the father of her child and said, “We are good. We are actually in a really good place. We just got back together and he has been going to therapy a lot. There has just been a lot of effort on his part.” Khloe took to her Instagram to react to the episode and quoted “Well we know how this aged #TheKardashians.”

The couple has been dating since 2016 and they share a 4-year-old daughter True. Their relationship has been highly unstable due to Tristan’s multiple cheating scandals and the couple called it quits in 2019. The couple got back together again and split in June 2021. They secretly got back together again in October as seen on the show.
Tristan’s Paternity scandal then hit the couple and they split again. The NBA player apologized to Khloe on his Instagram and posted “Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years.”
