Kay Beauty, which has been co-founded by Katrina Kaif and Nykaa, has introduced Kreate With Kay Beauty – a heartfelt initiative designed to inspire and uplift the next generation of beauty professionals. Born from the brand’s desire to give back to the ‘Kommunity’, which has been an integral part of its journey. Kreate champion aspiring makeup artists who possess incredible passion and talent but haven’t always had the opportunity and resources to turn their dreams into reality.
With help of professional training at the prestigious Daniel Bauer Hair & Makeup Academy, and with the mentorship and real- work experience, Kreate aims to equip these talented individuals with the skills, confidence, and support they require to grow as professional and build lasting careers in the beauty industry.
From a pool of numerous applicants, five talented artists were selected in a thoughtful and transparent selection process. It was conducted with the support of the Salaam Bombay Foundation. Post careful consideration and in-depth conversations with each candidate, they were invited to be a part of this journey, marking the beginning of a new chapter filled with learning, growth, and possibility.
Sharing about it on her Instagram handle, the actress wrote, “We’re so excited to finally share something that’s been a true passion of ours and a project close to my heart… Kreate with Kay Beauty is more than just a platform—it’s a movement designed to nurture, inspire, and uplift the next generation of beauty professionals… A program designed to empower aspiring make up artists who have the passion and talent but who may not have not had access to the necessary resources to realize their potential. Through training, mentorship, and hands-on industry experience, we aim to equip our artists with the skills, confidence, and support needed to thrive in the beauty industry and build lasting careers.”
