Katrina Kaif recently shared glimpses of her father-in-law and action director Sham Kaushal’s birthday celebration. The actress took to her Instagram account on Friday and posted a story with a family picture. The image featured Vicky Kaushal, Sunny Kaushal, his mother and Sham Kaushal.
The uploaded picture showcased the action director cutting his birthday cake. Katrina also dropped a sweet note writing, “Happy Birthday Papa.”
Sham Kaushal is a phenomenal director and has worked in well-known movies such as Rajneeti, Om Shanti Om, Baadshah and Gangs of Wasseypur.
Vicky Kaushal also reposted Katrina’s story and wrote, “Happy Birthday Dad!” The actor is currently gearing up for his upcoming film Sam Bahadur. The film will be released on the 1st of December and will have a face-off with Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal.
Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif is enjoying Tiger 3’s massive success. The film has earned a gross profit of Rs 400.50 crore globally in just 10 days of its release. Tiger 3 also features Pathaan star Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo performance along with Hrithik Roshan. Just like its previous instalments, Tiger 3 also revolves around a spy mission between RAW agent Tiger (Salman Khan) and ISI officer Zoya (Katrina Kaif).
Tiger 3 is directed by Maneesh Sharma. The film also stars Emraan Hashmi as a primary antagonist. The film marks Salman and Katrina’s seventh on-screen pairing.
