Kartik Aaryan is presently busy shooting to wrap up his recent movie, Bhool Bhulaiya 2 and in the final scene, during the climax he had to scream which caused too much stress to his larynx and lead to hoarseness and temporary loss of voice.
The actor has been working hard to shoot the movie in the midst of global pandemic, when shooting ofmovies has been an constant on and off gamble. He started shooting the climax of the film with co-star Tabu after the shooting was stalled due to the second coronavirus wave.
Bollywood Hungama discovered from a core member of the shooting crew, that the climax scene was a dramatic one, requiring energy, screaming and drama from the part of Kartik, during which over exerted his larynx. At the end of it, Kartik just lost his voice and the entire crew was just frightened and panic.
The panic was subdued, when a medical team examined Kartik and informed that the actor did not suffer chronic laryngitis and would be well after enough rest. The source also provided that besides everyone else, Director Anees Bazmee was shocked for a good while. The director said that everyone was charged up to see the two stars play against each other at such a high dramatic level.
The director also revealed that while they were shooting the scene, every eye was on Tabu and Kartik, but suddently the excited energy changed to that of worry when Kartik was unable to speak. But the actor remained calm and displayed strong will power and calm in the distressing situation.
The shooting of the film started last year in Lucknow but was halted for health safety during the lockdown and then again resumed in march this year, but the filming again disrupted when Kartik contracted the virus.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is a sequel to the 2007 film which was directed by Priyadarshan and featured Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan in the lead roles, the rumours around the making of a sequel were flowing around for a while, now as the poster for the film says, ‘after 13 years’. Paresh Rawal, Manoj Joshi, Asrani, Rajpal Yadav, will also be seen in the movie, playing the supporting roles.
