Kartik Aaryan is expanding his real estate portfolio as he has purchased two high-end properties in Andheri, Mumbai. Along with his rising success in the film industry, the actor is leveraging his increased financial standing to make strategic investments in both residential and commercial properties.
As per the reports by Mid-Day, Kartik has been actively hunting for properties with the help of veteran producer Anand Pandit. “Since a week, Pandit has been helping Kartik shop in Andheri for two properties—a high-end residential apartment and a commercial space of over 2,000 square feet,” claimed the report.
The Bhool Bhulaiyaa star already owns couple of properties across Mumbai, which says that he is not only solidifying his place in Bollywood, but also the real estate sector. It must be noted that he owns two luxurious apartments in Juhu, each priced at over Rs. 17.5 crore. One of these apartments is currently rented out at an impressive Rs. 4.5 lakh per month.
Kartik’s real estate portfolia also includes a 2000 square-foot office space in Veera Desai, an area favored by celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn. This space has also been rented out. The actor has also purchased an apartment in Versova, which can be described as a sentimental buy, as he had spend his early career days there.
