The 100th birth anniversary of the legendary Raj Kapoor is being celebrated today. The actor who was popularly known as ‘Greatest Showman of Indian Cinema’ created a legacy that every actor wishes to accomplish in their lifetime. Today, the Kapoor family hosted a grand event, which is being attended by Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, and Ranbir Kapoor to Aadar Jain, almost every celebrity associated with the Kapoor family walked the red carpet in Mumbai.
The paternal granddaughter of Raj Kapoor, Kareena proudly arrived at the event channeling her inner desi diva and stunned in a beige suit paired with white flared pants, paired with heavily embroidered dupatta. What grabbed the most attention was her layered necklace which is a great addition to her simple and elegant look. She made her glamorous entry hand-in-hand with husband Saif Ali Khan, who perfectly complimented her in bandhgala.
Bebo’s elder sister, Karisma also joined the clan wearing beige embroidered saree, exuding regal vibes. She too rounded up her look with layered necklace, a matching clutch, and a pair of diamond earrings.
Among others to attend included Vicky Kaushal in a stunning black suit paired with brown shoes and sported black goggles. The actor sported mustache look for the night.
One of the Bollywood’s most loved couple – Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia – also joined the Kapoor family to celebrate the centenary of Raj Kapoor. Along with them, arrived Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Agastya Nanda.
And, how can we forget the power couple of Bollywood- Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. The dashing couple made the most sophisticated entry at the event. While the actress was seen in white saree, her actor husband opted for black bandhgala.
