Karan Mehra, who is recognized as Naitik Singhania in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, has been arrested after his wife actress Nisha Rawal lodged a complaint in Goregaon the previous evening (May 31).
Mumbai police said that Nisha Rawal lodged a complaint against Karan Mehra following a fight. A case has been enlisted. At this moment Karan Mehra is at Goregaon Police Station and Mumbai Police is recording his assertion.
Mehra will be produced before a magistrate court on Tuesday. The couple has been in constant disagreement for quite a while and is going through separate procedures at a family court, the police said.
