During a recent episode of Celebrity MasterChef, Farah Khan inquired about Tejasswi’s marriage to her mother, “Shaadi kab hogi?” To which, the actress’ mother said, “Issi saal ho jaaegi,” seemingly confirming the wedding.
While Farah congratulated Tejasswi over the confirmation, she was seen blushing and said, “Aise kuch baat nahi hui hai.”
It must be noted that the statement by her mother comes a day after Tejasswi also hinted towards opting for a court marriage with Karan. “I am not big on that. I am okay with a normal court marriage. Hum log phir ghumenge, phirenge, aish karenge types,” she had said on the show.
Karan and Tejasswi’s love story is no secret. The couple meet during their stint at Bigg Boss 15 and fell in love with each other. Recently, Karan also appeared on Celebrity MasterChef, where he appreciated the actress saying that the show’s format is tough, but his lady love does not leave any stone unturned to give her best.
“It’s a very tough show, and everyone is putting in a lot of effort. Speaking of Tejasswi’s MasterChef journey, I must say I’ve never seen her this sincere on any shoot… She is extremely dedicated and sincere. If you know of Tejasswi’s journey, there’s hardly any reality show where she hasn’t reached the top spot,” Karan said.
After Karan’s video message was played, Tejasswi got emotional and said, “How cute!”
