The audience loved the chemistry between Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in Gully Boy and the duo were supposed to shoot for their upcoming movie, Takht. Since the announcement of the movie, fans have been talking about it and the movie was scheduled to start the shoot from March 2020. Due to the unexpected lockdown, the shooting schedule has been pushed as multiple actors have to be on the screen at the same time.
According to Bollywood Hungama, Karan Johar is currently working on a script which includes both the actors. The filmmaker is now ready to leave the intense zone and work on something similar to that of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Currently, nothing has been written down on paper but Alia and Ranveer have given their verbal confirmation on the project. The movie will likely to go on the floor next year as the makers will head out for the pre-production at the end of the year.
Karan Johar is close to both Alia and Ranveer and the trio will be working on a love story project for the first time. There aren’t any further details available on the same, but the fans will surely enjoy the duo reuniting on-screen.
On the working end, Alia Bhatt will be seen alongside, Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur in Sadak 2. Ranveer Singh will be seen in the movie 83′ and Sooryavanshi which was supposed to have a theatrical release this year but has been shifted without further notice.
