Kapil Sharma, an actor and comedian, has joined the cast of Rhea and Ektaa Kapoor’s The Crew. Tabu and Kareena Kapoor Khan also appear in the movie. Diljit Dosanjh and Kriti Sanon.
Pinkvilla reported that Kapil has been enlisted by the producers to perform a unique role in The Crew. He will soon begin the shoot.
Kareena recently joined the cast; Kriti had begun filming the movie in March 2023. Also, it has been rumoured that this week would mark the beginning of filming for the pair’s combo scenes with Tabu.
Also expected is the actors’ international trip for one of The Crew’s schedules.
Kapil was last spotted in Zwigato by Nandita Das. On March 17, the movie came out, and the actor received appreciation for his work.
The film “Zwigato,” which is set in Bhubaneswar, tells the endearing story of a man who loses his job during the COVID-19 lockdown and starts delivering food. It is a tale of tenacity, hope, and the boundless capacity of the human spirit.
The Crew tells the tale of three ladies who hustle and work hard to advance in life. Nevertheless, when they attempt to go forward, their destinies bring them into some unexpected and unwanted circumstances, trapping them in a web of falsehoods.
The Crew, directed by Rajesh Krishnan, will be shot in various Indian locations. Rajesh Krishnan previously helmed Lootcase, starring Kunal Khemu, Gajraj Rao, and Rasika Dugal.
Balaji Motion Pictures Limited and Anil Kapoor Productions collaborated on its production.
