Super talented actor of Kannada film industry, Chiranjeevi Sarja passed away at the age of 39 due to a cardiac arrest this afternoon. Chiranjeevi had complained of breathlessness and chest pain on yesterday ie. 6th June 2020 and was immediately taken to a private hospital. However, he failed to respond to treatment and breathed his last today.

According to the Sources, doctors in the hospital did their best to save his life, but in vain. As per government norms regarding Coronavirus, a swab test was conducted and the sample sent to the lab.

He was the nephew of Kannada actor Arjun Sarja, brother of actor Dhruva Sarja, and grandson of veteran actor Shakti Prasad. Chiranjeevi did his schooling from Baldwin Boys High School, Bengaluru and graduated from Vijaya College, Bengaluru. He began his career in the Kannada film industry as an assistant director with Arjun Sarja, with whom he worked for about 4 years. He made his debut as an actor in ‘Vayuputra’ in 2009, in which he played the lead role.

Chiranjeevi had starred in several Kannada movies. His movies such as ‘Chirru’, ‘Sinrga’, ‘Amma I Love You’, ‘chandralekha’ and ‘Aatagara’ had earned much appreciation from fans. His upcoming movie ‘Raja Marthanda’ is in post-production stage and three other movies were being filmed.
