Kangana Ranaut who has been outspoken about nepotism and insider vs outsider debate since Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death is now facing backlash on Twitter. Recently, #BoycottKangana went trending on the social media and people have been talking about her agenda behind speaking against Bollywood industry.

On the other hand, Sushant Singh Rajput’s family went on to say that the actress is using Sushant’s name to further her own agenda. After receiving backlash from the netizens, Kangana took to her Twitter to respond to the trending hashtag. She said, “Wonderful #Boycott_Kangana trending, chuhe bilon se bahar aa rahe hai. Chalo, thoda haath pair toh mafia bhi maaregi (the mice are coming out of their holes. Well, the mafia will try whatever it can).”

After this tweet, Kangana shared another post where she shared a picture where on one side there is a picture of Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan labelled as ‘virus’. Whereas, picture of Kangana is labelled as ‘sanitizer.’ She wrote, ” Chuhe wapas bill me chale jao warna gabbar aajayaga..filmy style hool dene hai toh aise dete hai. #BoycottKangana se darr nahi lagta, jao kuch aur try kro. (The mice should go back to their holes. If someone needs to fight back in filmy style, this is how it is done. I am not scared of #BoycottKangana, go try something else)”

This tweet caught attention of the fans and within no time, #झांसी_की_रानी_कंगना went on to trend on Twitter. Currently, while writing this article, the hashtag has around 115k tweets whereas #BoycottKangana has around 74k tweets.

Kangana also thanked her fans and told them that she is grateful for their support while the hashtag is trending.
