Actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut is promoting her upcoming movie Emergency by giving back-to-back interviews. However, the movie’s release has been getting delayed for a long time, and that has become a disappointment for her fans. Kangana is talking very freely about her career, Bollywood, politics, and even about her past relationships, marriage, and some controversies.

Recently, a viral video of Kangana talking about being judged by people for her past actions. Speaking of “s**t-shaming”, she said how people tend to shame women based on their look or behavior. She stated that her old videos of dancing and having fun with friends were being used to shame her. The actress pointed out that this trend shows something more serious in society, particularly in India. She continued with her joke, saying that with a little more age than ten years ago, when she used to go to discos with her friends, people use those moments to make unfair judgement about her. In a video shared by her fan page, the actress tells the host, “This is also a mentality that she is asking for it, she wants it. Why? … agar body ka koi part dikh raha hai toh woh aapko invite kar rahi hai. You collect this information yourself-that she is calling me.”

Coming to Emergency, the film was scheduled to hit the theatres on September 6. However, the CBFC has postponed its release due to some editing and cut-related issues. In the film, Kangana plays the character of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
