The CISF woman constable, Kulvinder Kaur, who slapped actress- turned- politician Kangana Ranaut at Chandigarh airport, over her remark against farmers’ protest has reportedly been arrested.
On Thursday, the newly elected MP from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, for Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), was on her way to Delhi from Chandigarh. She was slapped by the female constable while undergoing a security check at the airport.
Post the incident, the police filed a complaint against the constable and also suspended her from the job. The investigation on the matter is underway.
After arriving in the national capital, Kangana issued a video statement, wherein she claimed that the constable did not only hit her face but also abused her.
