Kangana Ranaut has been voicing her opinion on the Sushant Singh Rajput case for a long time now. She went on record on national television to reveal that the police had called her to Mumbai but because she was in Manali, she couldn’t come down, given the lockdown situation at hand. She has asked the Mumbai cops to send someone to record her statement but that call fell on deaf ears.
Kangana’s team has now shared a WhatsApp screenshot which is supposedly a conversation between a police personell and Rangoli who is Kangana Ranaut’s spokesperson.
Kangana’s team took to Twitter to share the screenshot and wrote, “There is no formal summon sent to Kangana , Rangoli keeps getting casual calls from the cops for past 2 weeks, Kangana wants to record statement but we don’t get any response from @mumbaipolice , Here’s a screen shot of message Rangoli ji sent to @mumbaipolice

Kangana has been at the receiving end of a lot of flak after she called Swara and Taapsee ‘needy outsiders’ and also called them B-Grade actresses. There were also allegations of misbehaviour towards Swara on the sets of Tanu Weds Manu. However, in an interview with a portal, Kangana’s Tanu Wed Manu co-star revealed that she never quite got to hear anything of that sort on the sets of the film and in fact, Kangana barely indulged in talking to anyone on the sets.
