Kangana Ranaut does not hold back when it comes to sharing her thoughts. The actress has always been vocal for promoting women empowerment in various ways and talks about issues faced by woman, especially within the entertainment industry. Kangana has now addressed the obsession with fair skin in the glam world these days.
The Queen actress shared the photo of Maha Kumbh girl Monalisa, who is now an internet sensation, and appreciated her beauty. She cited her as an example to highlight the important issue faced by women in the glam world.
She took to her Instagram Stories, and wrote, “This young girl Monalisa has become an internet sensation for her natural beauty. As much as I hate people harassing her for pictures and interviews, I can’t help but thing, do we have dark, dusty Indian tone female representation in the glamour world anymore?”

Kangana further mentioned the likes of Kajol, Anu Agarwal, Deepika Padukone, and Rani Mukherjee, and questioned if the younger generation of actress is also receiving the same love as these senior stars.
She concluded her note with, “Why people don’t identify with newcomers the way they identify with Monalisa. Too much laser and glutathione injections?”
