Actress Kangana Ranaut is outspoken and unapologetic when it comes to the wrong doings in the industry. On Wednesday, Supreme Court gave their verdict on Sushant Singh Rajput‘s case, asking CBI to take over the investigation. Many celebrities came forward to appreciate the SC and thanking the fans for their support in this fight. Sushant’s family member went on to thank Bihar’s CM and praised the judiciary system of the country.
In an interview with Republic TV, Kangana addressed the verdict and talked about the Bollywood ‘gang’ who are mum over the matter. She started talking about Aamir Khan and his association in the late actor’s death. She questioned him on his silence, even though he has worked with Sushant in the movie, PK. She then took names of Anushka Sharma, Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukherji and used words like ‘racket’ to describe them.
She said in Hindi, ” Have you seen how this racket works? If one person does not say anything, the entire racket does not say anything. No one demanded a CBI probe for Sushant. If you see, Aamir Khan worked with Sushant in PK. But if he does not say anything, even Anushka will not say anything, Raju Hirani will not say anything, Aditya Chopra and his wife Rani Mukerji will also not say anything. This racket works like a gang.”
She went on to talk about how Sushant was one of the important part of the industry and his death is being treated like it’s nothing. She said people are comparing his death, to the death of ‘mosquito or fly’. She said, “Even now, there are only a few who are saying anything, the rest are keeping mum. You and the entire country can see that. If you do not have a guilty conscience, why are you not saying anything about the death of someone who has been your colleague and an important part of your industry? You are making it look like some fly or mosquito has died. Do you not have any words to say for him? His father and his family members are crying, do you not have a single word of condolence for him? Can you not request for a CBI probe? You will not do it. Why? What are you scared of? This has been exposed in front of the entire country.”
Earlier, she targeted Deepika Padukone over her talking about Mental Health Awareness after Sushant’s death. She accused her of using the late actor’s image to run a business.
