Farhan Akhtar and Kalki Koechlin, who were seen together in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, were once in the news for their alleged romance. This was before their coming of age road film in 2011.
Recently, in an interview with Mashable, Kalki recalled time when tabloids spread rumors about her Farhan being in relationship.
The actress humorously shared how Farhan once joked with her that before they move in together, they should at least decide the color of walls. She advised not to take tabloids too seriously.
The ace actors collaborated for the first time ever in ZNMD, wherein she played the role of Abhay Deol’s character’s fiancee. Farhan did not only act in the movie, but also co-produced the film under his production banner, Excel Entertainment, with Ritesh Sidhwani.
Kalki was earlier married to filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, whom she met while working on her debut film, Dev D. The former couple got married in 2011 and later got separated in 2013, and finalized their divorce in 2015. She welcomed her daughter, Sappho, in 2020, with Israeli boyfriend Guy Hershberg.
On the other hand, Farhan was earlier married to Adhuna Bhabani. The former share two daughters – Shakya and Akira. The filmmaker is currently married to Shibani Dandekar.
